At Anumoon, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and personalized services to help you align your energy and embrace your unique journey. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Immediate Digital Downloads

All purchases of immediate digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, tarot spreads, or guided meditations) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once the file has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds.

2. Email Courses

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for email courses. If you wish to cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at help@anumoon.com, and we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are not available after the 24-hour period or once the course content has been delivered in full.

3. Personalized Services (e.g., Tarot Readings, Energy Healing Sessions)

3.1 Cancellation Policy:

  • 48 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • 24-48 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

  • Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.

3.2 Refunds for Completed Services:

Refunds for completed services are not available. If you experience an issue, please contact us at help@anumoon.com within 24 hours of the service to discuss further options.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel a service, please email us at help@anumoon.com with:

  • Your name

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

  • Service details (e.g., appointment date and time)

  • A brief description of your request

We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Immediate digital downloads (as outlined in Section 1)

  • Email courses canceled after 24 hours

  • Services canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment
